Short version: this site collects an email address if you choose to give us one, so that we can tell you when the app launches. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What we collect
What you type into the early access form. Your email address, and optionally your venue name and city. The venue and city fields are optional and exist so we know which markets and document types to prioritise.
Basic analytics, if enabled. If we have switched on analytics, we use a privacy-focused provider that does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites. It records aggregate page views and referrers. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any advertising tracker on this site.
Nothing else. No account, no cookies for tracking, no fingerprinting, no session recording.
Why we collect it
To send you one email when the product launches, and occasionally to share writing about door operations. If you reply to us, to answer you. That is all. Our lawful basis under GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, a form backend based in the United States, acting as our processor. From there the addresses go into the email tool we use to send the launch announcement. The website itself is a static site and stores nothing — there is no database behind it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it becomes clear the product is not launching — in which case we delete the list. Any bulk email we send will carry a one-click unsubscribe link. Until then, replying to us or emailing the address below removes you immediately.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy of it. Email [email protected] and we will action it. We do not require you to prove anything elaborate — it is an email address on a waiting list.
Children
This site is for venue operators and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The app
The app is not released yet. When it is, it will have its own privacy policy describing how identity documents are handled, published before you are asked to install or pay for anything. The design goal is that identity data is processed on the device and is not transmitted to us. If that changes, it will be stated plainly rather than buried here.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects data we already hold, email the list.
