These terms cover this website. They do not cover the app, which is not released — that will have its own agreement, published before anyone is asked to install or pay for it.
What this site is
A pre-launch information site and an early access sign-up form for a product in development. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no feature described is guaranteed to exist in the released product. Plans change; we will try to be candid when they do.
Not legal advice
Articles on this site discuss age verification, identity documents and licensing compliance. They are written to be useful and researched carefully, but they are general information, not legal advice, and requirements differ substantially between states and countries. Confirm your obligations with your own licensing authority or a lawyer. Do not rely on anything here as a defence.
No guarantee of detection
No verification method — human inspection, barcode scanning, or any product — detects every fraudulent or misused identity document. Any material on this site describing what a scanner catches also describes what it does not. Responsibility for who you admit and serve remains with you and your staff.
Early access list
Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It does not entitle you to the product, to a particular price, or to a launch on any particular date. We intend to offer founding pricing to early sign-ups and intend to launch in Q4 2026; neither is a contractual promise. You can leave the list at any time.
